fortunately...we have supply from our home in the province hehehehehe.

Focaccia and salsa.
to make salsa:
1. cut tomato, remove the seeds then chop it. (preferably baguio tomatoes)
2. add olive oil and balsamic vinegar 3:1
3. add pesto
4. add minced garlic
5. season with salt and pepper
6. set aside inside the ref to sip in the flavor
since I don't know how to make focaccia bread, i top it over toasted bread or garlic pizza crust, add cheese as desired.
i got this recipe from our buyer from the states when i was still a kid.
get a piece of slicebread ( the thicker the better. you can use wheat bread too so its even healthier)
slather it with peanut butter. (any would do)
get a piece of ripe banana and slice it into round circles.
but the banana ontop of the slicebread and peanut butter
toast sa toaster oven
