bitaw, what is not pleasing to the eye is indecent if it involves the moral aspect of man and woman. If majority of the people finds it indecent for women to show their breastfeeding ability to the public, then it becomes indecent even though some are matured enough to say that it is but normal for women to breastfeed their babies in public. I myself don't want my partner to bring her breast out to feed the baby while we are in public places bisan naa pa nay ibutang nga lampin diha. I would rather go to a more private place away from prying eyes.

ang atngal man sa babae atong gihisgutan bai dili sa mga lalaki pero dapat ang mga bayot dakpon kung magpakita sa ilang atngal bwahahaha...

Ang CAIB is just an agency authorized by the local government unit to protect the morals of its constituent. I'm sure it is a collective effort of CAIB and from different sector of society to decide whether or not to rule what is "indecent". If there is a clamor in the society that a certain act or expression is indecent then they will come up with a decision to protect the interest of the state. It's like the lingam issue karon, kung kasagaran sa syudad (different aspect of civic society) moingon dili gyud maayo ang lingam kay front ra na sa prostitution and if the Mayor believes that it doesn't serve the interest of the State also, then the Mayor will probably don't want any lingam activity in the city. Because not only it is immoral to the general populace but also indecent to the women who are doing the activity.

Kung ako pa ang Mayor, dapat ang mga bayot lang ang mo perform sa lingam instead of women. Tan-awon nato kung daghan pa ba na sila ug customer sa mga lingam SPA. Sus, magpista siguro ang mga bayot Ha! ha! ha! ha! ...

Authorities who lack knowledge about controversial topics, like Lingam massage (still misunderstood by many), should just take their time and do real research before jumping to conclusions.

Speaking of the CAIB, just how much power should the agency have once it's reactivated? Enough to violate people's civil rights and privacy? Power to access bank accounts of red light district joints? Power to raid vendors of FHM and Playboy magazines? Power to arrest pimps and whores on the street at night? Power to block "immoral" websites on all computers within Cebu City?

Cebu City Hall has a lot of things to learn before reactivating the CAIB, which has a history of being ineffective. They should learn from Osmena's refusal to renew CAIB contracts.

You are way off the line na bai... it isn't logical that if you don't like something, it is indecent already. Indecency is something to do with morals and the bad expressions that goes around with it.
