im not really fat but i used to be bigger compared to my size right now, hehe....i have tried drinking lemoncito juice and its very effective for me....but my mother dissapprove of that because we have a family history of ulcer and lemoncito juice is very acidic...then right now when i feel like im gaining weight and f i feel like my waist is getting bigger...i would do the holla hoop!...it really works....you will not just lose ur weight...it will also shapen ur body..it can define ur curves for grls..if u consistently do it everyday...heheh...and as for the eating habit...eat slowly....heheheehe.......

I just eat oatmeal every morning.
I am going to be going to the gym (citigym) in a few days for the first time since 2007. Looking forward to bulking up again, hehe.
