lain2 man ang maka cause ug stress sa taw. people have to understand first kung unsa ang stress. mao ni ang situation where u need to go fight or flight. either molikay ka sa situation or mo fight ka. our breathing becomes shallow and fast, your blood pressure raises up, so with your heartbeat, kana na stress naka. cortisol is released in the brain that causes imbalance in the body. mao ni maka cause ug daghang mga not so good things in the body like weight gain or sickness, fatigue. in my case, i first determine kung unsa ang maka stress nako and i avoid doing or at least getting close to it. example, akong bf for almost 7 years is actually stressing me almost all the time, madaut jud akong mood, no matter unsaon nako pag careful or gihimo na tanan (imagine ha, almost 7 years baya), dili jud madala, stressful kaau. i gave up. mingaw2 pero murag mas at peace ko karon nga wala nami. you have to practice how to take deep breathing exercise and fake yourself kung mo atake ang stress. mao bitaw na ang uban, mopiyong, mo ginhawa ug lawm then mo ingon, kaya ni nko, kaya ni nako, dili ko masuko. lol. mao daw ni usa sa reason nga gaka mubo ang life expectation sa taw, too much stress
