i don't believe education is a problem.. i mean, we could always teach *** education on our public schools.. for me, the earlier we teach our children (not too early, of course), the better it is for them to grasp important information----->that is, *** education for this matter..but in our case, where poverty and education have been a problem, our government cant influence people to control.
the government should start establishing a *** education program on our public and private schools to prevent unwanted births ---->thus, preventing uncontrolled population..
what 'i mean that education is a problem' is that schools have been lacking the information or teachers are a bit hesitant to talk about ***. a *** education program really will help a lot. but i think, this stuff should be taught in the college level not in the high school or below. there might have some negative impact to students.![]()

On my own opinion: lack of education and the environment that a particular person living. Media also is one of the cause.
