Is it legal or appropriate for a store or shop not to sell sale items or goods to credit card payers?

I have an annoying experience in one particular computer shop. They have a promo on PC monitor trade-in (functional CRT + 9999php > LCD). I inquired before hand about this with their sales rep if credit card payments are accepted, and the answer is a big YES as long as it is a VISA or MASTERCARD. On the day on the trade in, bringing a heavy 17" CRT moniotr, I was turned down by the cashier saying trade-in's are "CASH BASIS" only. Is credit card not as legit as cash?

Any comment or similar experience?

I want to have a credit card unta kay we are always travelling ug medyo delikado kung magdala ka permi ug cash and very convenient kaayo for tickets, souvenir items and of course hospitalization in case of emergency...

problema lang kay I dont have any ITR coz I am working as a secretary of a Bishop....

what will I do?given such limitation? hope somebody could help me with this....

by the way is it true nga ireject sa mga credit line company and mga employees sa call center? especially HSBC and CITIBank

what about less than one year pa... like 5 months palang pero previous job kay 1 year and 9 months? complete requirements　\\\? anybody can help?

i have 3 cards, Citibank, BPI and SCB.

so far i like Citibank the best. super ka maayo ila customer service. and convenient jud kaayo. you can check your account online, over the phone, through text. and mas convenient i-pay kay even sa sm pwede i-bayad. ang bpi kay dili jud convenient. dili ka pwede maka-access sa imo account online if wala ka bank account.
