I'm not despising Dumaguete ha kay proud ko sa mga cities dri sa Visayas.. but to label it as "best city" sa Visayas, hmmm.. dunno. Not sure but i have this strange feeling na "insecure" ka sa Cebu. hahaha sorry oh, feeling ra na nako. Way but-anay ha, kay ikaw bitaw hilig mn kaau ka mopataka ug yawit ug conclude2x. but by my opinion I consider the best city in Visayas as Dumaguete (the large numbers of expats residing there knew the reasons why).
