try a warm bath before you sleep.kung naa tub pag humol sa init2x.then after that pag naa naka imo bed, try to clear your mind of the things that happend that day.just relax and ofcourse dont forget to pray....ayaw eat saging before sleep cause it has serotonin that will make you awake.
i used to pro when i stopped drinking coffee nawala sad but not then and there.. karn kay if i couldn't sleep kay i drink milk then after for a few minutes sleepy nako
i think you have to eliminate caffiene and try to get all the things you wanna do for the whole day so that you'll be tired when you get home and then you fall asleep and you keep doin it until your body will get used to the tym you fall sleepin...

dont take sleeping pills thats only good for a week later on it will no longer effective.
Dont stay lying in bed for an hour if u cant sleep.
