IMHO, she probably got a really really high score for winning both the best in swimsuit and the long gown competitions. And although she did poorly in the Q & A portion, the previous scores probably was more enough for her to win.
Probably all the judges also didn't know she was going to win until the final tabulation since they also probably didn't confer with each other. By that time- it was too late for them to change he score.

I think the Judges can partly take a blame on this.. even if she has the winning curve or perfect body stats or best in long gown or whatever.. those credits should be share with the designers.. I mean the gurls are given to be beautiful in a competition like that.. but the brains cannot be the same in each individual.. the judges should be more keen in those criteria.. and I think it is fair for them to investigate further... fine if this gurl will compete in international and she has difculty in English language maayo pa mag da siya ug translator.. volunter dayon ko haha

mao btaw its also wise to know what are the criteria ug what percentages each.

to know how significant the Q&A portion was. ky basin gmay ra na...it is also good to know what scores she got from each of those criteria. we all know she got the highest sa long gown ug swimsuit coz she won in those categories...

and that funny & hilarious incident? we myt say giunsa man nila pag audition oi...pero huna-hunaon nato nga lahi ra ang audition kompara sa tinuoray na...

naluoy ko niya in a way ky i have experienced a similar one long ago. dili pageant ha...but usa ka university forum..hehe..boy baya ko...hehe

gatuo ko nga dili ko mosablay sa akong spoken english. pero pwerteng lahia ra diay kng atubang nka ug big audience...it was my 1st tym in front of a big audience. dili ra ky ni-tumbling akong english but nangurog gyud akong tuhod hasta ang akong tilaok. ni-blanko pa gyud akong utok kadyot...pwerteng uwawa gyud nako atoh...
