eggs okay ra man. ayaw lang palabi kay ang yellow kay cholesterol na sya. ok ra man pud mokaon ug cholesterol every now and then, limit lang. in moderation ra man jud tanan.
i think everything posted was very precise.
one thing i'd like to clarify,
it's okay to shower after exercise, true. but not to the point of showering and shivering. there are some people who shower for a long time, when they go out body temperature goes to around 36C, causing shivers. shivering indicates an abnormal drop in body temperature. significance: drop in body temperature = drop in immunity (immune system becomes more vulnerable). in short, mas dali ka masakit
bantay bantay lang.
oh yeah, daghan kaau ko'g nakitan mga taw after exercise mag inum ug C2, this is wrong. this only promotes dehydration since tea is a diuretic (induces urination, fluids released). And the sugar content of C2 I think would be about the same to that of coke. diuretic + high glycemic carbs = dehydration, plus more carbs that can be converted to fat. Do not drink C2 after exercise.

a great topic, so now maybe those so called instructors at the gym would stop over emphasizing those tummy crunches,
its very hard and frustrating to do especially if you have the tummy to burn , and it is 1 of the most common reason why patrons get easily frustrated and stop going to the gym
Very very informative
any tips on how to reduce weight?
@ babylat3: these are just some of the things i know.
cut on your calories (its not really the carbs that make u gain weight, its the total amount of calories you take in.)
drink lots of water (it makes u feel full all the time so u wouldnt have to keep on looking for something to eat and it hydrates and cleans your system, it will make u glow. yes thats really true).
eat right (if u know the food guide pyramid, thats the best to follow. more veggies, fruits and bulk. moderate carbs and protein. sugar and sweets, caffeine at the very least).
exercise right (its recommended that we all exercise (not-so-heavy) and sweat for 30 minutes in one day, about 3-4 times a week).
more than losing weight, just live healthy and the excess weight should come off.
