Welcome to the club. Hehehe..setup your partitions while it's still new. If you still have the need to install Windows but you don't need hardware acceleration, you can use VirtualBox and other similar VM applications. Otherwise, setup your Boot Camp right away.

Straight forward ra man ang partition if wala ka bootcamp. Just use the Disk Utility app and partition your HD as Mac OS Extended (Journaled). Ang lisud if you have Macintosh HD + Boot Camp + Extra Partition (maybe as your data partition). I ended up deleting my hidden EFI partition just to add the third one. I just made sure I have bootable USBs (10.8 & 10.9) for recovery and repair.

Na timingan lang guro ka bai nga diha ra kutob ang lifespan sa imohang mac... But ang kana akoang statement is based on observing and using a lot of Macs (PowerMac G5, iMac, MacMini, Macbook, Macbook Pro, Macbook Air) since 2005 upto now... and compared to PC, I still and will always believe that Mac will almost always exceed a PC lifespan...

Naa pud diay mi Alienware diri, kanang Aurora nga version nga nangahagtos pud in just a few months of usage...

I think there are "TRUE" mac users and the ones who enjoy the best of both OS X and Windows worlds. I'm using an MBP mainly because I have needs of using both OS X and Windows. For the reason that there is not a single MAC-based virtualization software out there that can give you the hardware acceleration that the native Boot Camp app gives, I'm using a MAC. It's not because it's smooth or easy to use or anything like that; it basically boils down to versatility and usability.

I couldn't agree more. Although there are other more "cheap" gaming laptops out there, Alienware (now owned by Dell) still is arguably one of the best.
