Transfer thread ownership

My friend is about to get premium membership right now and I have a thread in Real Estate that actually belongs to him. We want to transfer the ownership of that thread to him so I won't have to bother about the personal messages anymore so I wonder if some of you moderators can transfer the ownership of the thread to my friend?

I'll let you guys know the details if you can do this

it can be done by altering the database table entries pero maabtan ta one year pinangita asa ang thread didto sa database.
