Appliances include a flat screen TV, DVD player, air-condition, desk fan, refrigerator, shower water heater, 2 burner electric stove, microwave oven and a laptop with wifi prepay USB. The condo is renting for PHP17,500 per month or PHP5,200 per week. The rent already includes water and electricity.

This condominium is located in the 8th floor of Residencia Edades...a 12 story building with 24 hour security, cctv, mini-store, roof top patio deck and laundry drop-off facilities. The building was newly constructed in 2011. Its location is easily accessible to the following sites:

- Chikaan Restaurant (3 minutes walk)
- IT Park (6 minutes walk)
