Since when did the parking fee start? Nagpark ko sa JY Square mga three weeks ago for about an hour, wala man koy nabayran. Kung dugay2 na ning JY nga naay parking fee, maybe they're inconsistent?

Maytag naay libre or monthly na payment puhon diha para sa ilang mga tenants para dili pud mahasol. Hehehe! ug maka less pud sa fees. T_T!

I want to share this memo that we received from our office... I work in a call center diha sa JY and this is what we received regarding this new parking rules:

1. All tenants’ employees owning any types of vehicle especially those parking in JY IT 3 basement must purchase a PRIVILEGE CARD in order to be charged per entry instead of per hour. The privilege card costs P500, 50% of it is refundable once expired or surrendered.
2. There are three types of privilege cards: Daily (P15 per entry), Semi-annual (P3000) or Annual (P6000)
3. Motorcycle owners will enjoy free parking of up to 12hrs if they have privilege cards.
4. No privilege cards will mean per hour charging: P15 covers for the first 3 hours, succeeding hours will be charged P10/hr.


Here are additional information that are necessary for all to know:


1. Cars of customers or employees being dropped off, can only park within a 20-minute grace period.
2. Overnight parking is not allowed, a charge of P500 per 12 hours will be applied.
3. Delivery Vehicles parked in designated loading/unloading areas will be given free parking coupons by JY receiving personnel.

its a card based parking system, but I think cge pa ni cla ug dry run.... automated mani but as of now naay pa assigned tighatag sa parking card.
