Non Compete Clause or Compete Clause refers to an employment doctrine or a document agreed/signed by an employee

Non Compete Clause- a contract provision designed so that employee cannot pursue any similar job description or profession within the agreed contract requirement regardless of early termination or early resignation rendered (monetary bond must be considered, otherwise). This is to avoid conflict of interest; employee might start working for a competitor and may possibly gain competitive advantage and threaten the Business initiative of the prev employer.

Compete Clause is the other way around
