Hello everyone!

I had this very itchy patch on my left arm which really got worst and spread throughout my arms. It was like an allergic reaction. I decided to see a DERMATOLOGIST since taking an Antihistamine and wiping cream/ointment did NO GOOD to me or to the skin allergy.

And so there I was in this certain DERMA CLINIC in the UPTOWN area.

The DERMA came in at about 3PM in the afternoon. After filling up the patient form with all the needed details and after 1 patient she entertained, it was then my turn.

The SECRETARY/ASSISTANT came in together with me and checked the lesion too. The doctor only took a short look and directly went to her clinic table to make a prescription. At first, I thought she was only going to make me a prescription but then later on, the secretary started pulling things out of the doctor's cabinet and putting it on her table. From Soap to ointment to powder to tablets. All in all was worth PHP 3,000 more or less. But after further reviewing of said products, I already had same products at home, but only GENERIC. But actually, GENERIC named medicines with different BRAND NAMES and PRICES have THESAME EFFECTIVITY. And so, using my knowledge in MEDICINE, I opted not to take the other items except for the ANITIHISTAMINE PILLS which he prescribed me.

The Antihistamine pills she prescribed me she said were very much effective. Each pill costs PHP 30. And so I took them nalang and paid for the pills (5 packets) and the professional fee.

When I went back to MY WORK PLACE (Dental Clinic) to take the said pill, after having one with a glass of water, I read on the PACKET the following:

"SAMPLE NOT FOR SALE"

Gosh! I paid PHP 300 for SAMPLES that the DERMA prescribed me!

What hit me the most was that I was a doctor myself and I would never do that! Samples are samples! Samples are DEFINITELY NOT FOR SALE! No wonder she did not have that much patient in her clinic.

Mao na ang sulti na ang GABA dili mag SABA! Karma nalang mag igo!

Go and relay this case to the Food and Drug Authorities
if you really wanted to help or prevent this from happening to others
and don't wait for other patients to fall into their modus before that karma to befall unto these people

Dont just wish karma or something negative to happen unto these culprits and bid everyone GODBLESS at the same time.
the most helpful and wisest thing to do if u want all to be really blessed by god is do what has
to be done and report this so that at least this will be looked upon.

common kaayo ni nga case mga samples ibaligya apil
ako sister sa una kapalit ug sample...gamay kaayo ang label sa "SAMPLE and not for sale"

Pero this one sa clinic gyud mismo nag dispense? tsk...tsk

Wala lage kay nag dali ko kay nag duty pa baya ko adto sa CLINIC then ni ikyas ra baya ko kadyut kay para lang gyud ipa checkup nako kay DENTIST baya ko ug dili DERMA! Hehhehe cge nalang, charge to experience nalang to! Karma nalang iyaha! Faets gyud!
