    Default Gym and Age


    Nag gym nako pag 2007 for 5 months and I somewhat achieved the desired results. I'm planning to go back this month pero nag-wonder lang ko kung ma achieve pa ba nako ang buff nga figure. I'm 27 now and running 28 in a few months. Can I still achieve the desired physique I want considering the fact that I'm in late 20's na? I still look hot and fresh though. nyahahaha

    Ikaw na ang naa sa avatar sir? Ok pa kaau nang 28 uie, ako early 30's naman ko pero kusug pa man gihapon ang tubo. Pero depende ra pud na sa genes/build kai lahi man ta tanan.

    Based on your pic, it looks like you have good genes and a good base to work from. I think you can still see great improvements if you continue to train. Nakasulay na ka og bulking/cutting cycle? That's how I made the best gains and I'm already 33 years old. I-research pud si Greg Plitt.. he's also 30+ and still massive. This is my most recent pic:

    Age isn't a problem until we reach mid-40's.. then testosterone our main strength hormone begins to decline rapidly. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress.

    Mao ba? Nice, nice. Also, asa ta pwede makapalit ug supplements like protein shake? Naay barato diri?

    From most important to least important:

    1. Whey protein + any carb (honey, banana, etc) as post-workout shake
    2. Creatine 1 tbsp per day
    3. Big breakfast (4 scrambled eggs + 4 loaves of bread/3 cups of rice)
    3. Casein protein before bed

    Pang bulking ni nga program.. para sa cutting, reduce lang ang carbs.

    Naay uban ga-gamit pud og no-xplod. Pero naay mas barato Jack3d supplement.

    Ad2 sa wisechoice.. mahal gihapon pero mao ni sila ang pinaka barato ug reliable nga supplier diri. Ok ra pud ang GNC kung naa kai gold card.

    sir di ba mostly kan-on na egg is hard boiled man tapos ang white lang? pero ang imoha is Scramble Egg. 4 Loaves? pasabot nimo sir is di ba isa ka loaf is 34 pesos ba na, so upat ka 34?

    4 loaves is too much... maybe he meant 4 slices? im not sure though..

    im 26 turning 27 and i want to go back to the gym too, gaining program. haha..

    or maybe, im not sure if i would still gain weight at that age, simply for exercise purposes, to have my muscles stretched, to be physically and mentally healthy!
