    i dont think they have the right to post any information about their employee.
    and i think its not being professional on their part as team leads.

    ngano gud imo na buhaton when in fact that's the hard reality. you cannot expect other people to do what you want or to make them stay if they dont like it anymore.

    ADMINs and HRs are supposed to be ready for this kind of situations where in they screen people very well or have reserved man power just incase naay mo awol or mo absent. mura man kag just now ug mga ingon ani oi...

    just be professional even if others are not @____@ ana lang gud. ^^

    HR na ang bahala mo gukod ana using legal matters, dili parehas ani imo gi buhat. kay pde ka makiha ana for disclosing such information to the public... kay its personal information baya. hehehehe.
