we should have addressed first the lack of facilities, lack of quality teachers, and improvement of our educational program quality.
One public school teacher sa Cebu province I talked to said they are having problems on how to accommodate such a move when at present they lack functional classrooms and teachers (not even counting quality). The public school she is teaching is not even on the mountain areas. It is right beside the national road and yet, they experience such issues.

Maybe, train our teachers to be elite. Make them get into a bond with the gov't to teach for at least a number of years after training(kay kasagaran, madala gyud sa kwarta ug manggawas sa nasud). At least they are trained with govt taking care of expenses and they get a reputable degree and eventually contribute to improving our educational program. AND don't forget, the good benefits that they should enjoy.

kung gusto nila ipa taas ang quality sa education
ila unta gi una ang quality sa mga teachers

patas-e daw ang quality sa teachers woi, kay murag kasagaran makasulod sa teachers labaw nas public kay kanang naay kapit.
