I honestly believe that Cebu would benefit greatly not only from more tourists, but from foreign investors and would welcome changes which would relax foreign ownership rules. Cebu could become cosmopolitan through diversity as new ideas, skills and (crucially) money pour in. At the moment too few people (families) run more or less everything here which isn't healthy for the economy or beneficial to the ordinary folks.

seriously, what's the whole point? next thing the government will think of is a sun-day on a sunday!
hmmmm... cguro much better they first establish the standard rate of ESL teachers before they think of giving koreans a national holiday or something.
