Rods, the one who 'raped' Noah is not one of his son, but his grandson Canaan. The expression "saw the nakedness of his father" means that Canaan had committed or attempted to commit some sexual abuse or perversion on his unconscious grandfather Noah and that Ham, the father of Canaan, was the one cursed since he did nothing about it instead went telling it to his two brothers outside.
