that's true. if i am to compare the ilonggos in bacolod/negros occidental and panay islands, the ilonggos in bacolod/negros occidental are more warm and friendlier. ma-touch ko sa mga tao ngadto sa bacolod. nice ang atmosphere and unya ang weather sa bacolod dili kaayu init.
