To me they look like a list of serial codes that you type in when registering licensed software. Duh, naa na man diay ing ani nga mga tubag in this post. But yeah, at least I'm not alone in my guess.

Without enough info about the case and the person involved, I don't think anyone can crack out the code/note. Even FBI has enough facility and agents still haven't solve a single case yet for the past 10 years.
