hmm..i don't think so TS..based on my experience..kato nag cge pko apply..lahi2x mn to ang mga questions sa IQ test ..i don;t know lng pud sa uban company
There are several standards and types of IQ exams. My company keeps a number of these tests for applicants depending on the position they are applying.
Maybe those aren't IQ exams per se. It might be more of a psychological exams. If it includes sentence completion, or the likes. Or maybe a general aptitude exam like quantitative reasoning, verbal comprehension/reasoning, and figurative reasoning. But basically these exams are a quick gauge of the applicant's abilities for the interviewer.![]()
Basically what he's trying to say is that there are a plethora of types of IQ exams, each with its own unique focus.
Interviewers will only check the type of exam and the score that you've gotten to get an idea of what you are capable of, intellectually.
