Cebu food supplies are coming from Mindanao and some part here in visayas.

pero murag sobra rasab ng "OA kaayo ug presyo. murag dili pasuroy", if you know where to eat murag daghan man barato, if expensive ang mall sa Cebu compared to malls in Davao, feel free to compare the prices of malls there and malls here specifically those branded products or known brands.

I'm from Mindanao, but I'm already living here in Cebu for 11 years and bought a house here. [I'm not an OFW]

I'll visit Davao again someday.

oh, when i say suruyanan, i meant cebu beach resorts. am not into shopping man gud, so my idea of suroy suroy is beach and the like. dont you think OA ra kaayo ang price sa beach resorts sa Mactan?

I think both has their strengths & weaknesses. why do people need to argue bout it. I want to go to davao someday. i want to experience it myself (probably live there for awhile if i can). My mama was born in Davao, My papa from Manila & i am from cebu.. I am not fond of manila, cebu is my home, & i hope davao will be my next stop.

Both cebu & davao are promising. Cebu has resources/land but we just don't know how to use it.
i can't say anything bout davao coz wa pa ko kaadto. but looking at where it is located, for sure they have more than what cebu has..someday, i will go to davao (then zamboanga sad). we should not stay in one place ra. we should explore the whole Pinas as much as we can. Let's try not to divide ourselves oi. Peace ta. pinoy ra gihapon ta, so why fight about who's better? darn, naa nasad ta aning atong crab mentality.

We are blessed. There is just that perception that Mindanao is HELL in people's minds. The US for example bans Americans to travel in Mindanao. Kung travel lang gani giban unsa nlng kahag ug invest diri sa amo. Ug cyempre ug mgban ang US daghan keu musunod ug ban na mga developed countries pud. Imagine kung wala ng Travel ban sa Mindanao. Na dugay ra mi nadatu diri. Mao ng mureact jud daun ko kung gamiton nasa sa uban nga mga STUPID n Pilipino ra pud and terrorismo and bombing para idown ang Davao ug Mindanao..Murag si kinsa.. Maghinilas..Muulbo akong kaspa. Ayaw lang jud kay mangaway jud ko. Ok ra ng ingnon mi na boring, walay high rise, ok ra na. kanya kanya man ta. Kababaw pud anang mga rasona. Have you read this thread from page 1? If the mods are sensible enough, they wouldn't close this thread because someone used GIANTS fonts in their messages. Mas iclose pa ni nila dahil sa mga lowlife dito na mang gamit ug mga statements na downright insulting para lang idown and isa ka lugar na dili nila gusto. Kahit pa hindi cya gumamit ng Giant fonts pero insulto na young sinasabi nya tapos he's lying, kana mas dapat iclose ni nga thread.

I can't help but agree with this statement. I have been to Mindanao so many times and look people, I'M ALIVE! It was sad when the parents of a friend of mine wouldn't allow him to go on a trip with us because or destination was in Mindanao (Malaybalay, Bukidnon) and the trip was wonderful and more importantly. I AM ALIVE!

Going back to the main topic, my heart is in Davao and my life is in Cebu. Tough choice
