In a big team which is composed of smaller teams (may 4-10 people), it is not always the case that the guy who developed the class implementation is the same guy who will consume it.

Duh...?

If you have two classes which implements a single interface but yet these classes have two opposite implementations, obviously the guy who is going to consume your classes should know the implementation details before he can safely instantiate them.

Duh...? That's why there are Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Functional Design Documents (FDDs). Wala moy requirements documentation sa inyong 'big' team?

THIS DEFEATS the purpose of an INTERFACE which basically means a contract the implementation classes should adhere to.

Do you even know what a contract here means? They can have world ends implementation who cares? If they're implementing the interfaces signatures then they are adhering to the "contract".

IOC is the principle and DI is the (most popular?) implementation of the said principle. pareha sa Spring ang iya implementation for IOC is DI.

bro @yanong_banikanhon developers hold the control. Mao gani ginatawag ug IOC or Inversion of Control because you remove the control from the user class and giving it to the framework such as Spring and to you as the developer. Gets na?
