ive been to ice castle parkmall, and yes init gyud ang sulod.... pero once magkaon na ug desserts, mu okay na ang feel sa lugar, at least dili na au tugnawon... pero, they have poor service.... kamatikud ku aning ice castle, batia sa mga servadora ui, walay pr ug mura walay training... service wise, bati gyud ang ice castle... maypa dessert factory.

bad experience pud ko anang SM ice castle! carenderia service kaayu!! as in...
1) they got my order, wa gilista memorize ra ang show
2) dugay ni abot ang order kuwang pajud kay wa gilista bya!
3)I ordered choco float nga rootbeer.. they gave me crap as in no presentation, walay tarung na baso. di pajud "float" og dating kay way ice! dinalian og himo pajud grabe ang bula sa rootbeer tapos nisink ang icecream lanay na when it got to me. Lahe rakay og nawng sa picture!
4) I ordered bottlred water, gihatag tap, I paid for the bottled water giapas mi on our way out kay pabayran napud mi balik and when i told the girl her mistake, wa jud ni sorry or nireak man lang nibalik ra sa sulod as if wa siya nakapaulaw og tao..

never going back to ice castle! waste of time and money maypa gamyjoy nalang ko nganu gadugay mana sila oi
