apparently its not a very easy thing to do.. i share the same experience with the frustrated subscribers here.. broadband amo.. and when we signed up they said 1000 lang but among bill muabot 3000.. and their customer service really sucks.. they don't even know how to explain the extra charge.. and for weeks mawagtang ang connection.. and when we said we wanted to cancel, naa daw cancellation fee!Originally Posted by digitalsuperman
