kasagaran parents would act nosy around their kids, basta wala'y dili kaayo ing-ana ka close... dili kaayo open ba..... ako ing-ana ko before.. samokan kaayo ko mag sige'g paniid akong mama.... pero as i grew older, i realized na mas maayo if open ko niya and let her know about random things that i'm going thru...

Most people (if not all) keep skeletons in their closets. What if you have parents that go hunting for those skeletons?

Think about the kind of parents that go through your personal stuff like your cellphone's inbox and pictures.
Parents that snoop around your room when you're away.
Parents that look at your camera and the pictures you took.
Parents that go through your emails if ever you left your account open.
Parents that listen on the other line when you get a phone call.
Parents that browse your iPod's content.
Parents that open your notebooks and see your not-paying-attention-in-class drawings.
Parents that go through your box of mushy recollection letters and read them.
Parents that look inside the contents of your wallet, especially the pictures. And maybe, something else.

well its obvious these kind of parents doesnt trust you.. envasion of privacy is not an acceptable behaviour... perhaps they need to be educated to respect their children's privacy...

here's another story to share.

there's this lady, who has a daughter.
she always stops at my store before she goes home.
she has a 13 year old daughter who is in first year high school in this town.

one night her daughter came to my store with her two girlfriends.
her eyes were red and teary. smiling with no reason at and giggling at times.
i approached her and asked, "nagmarijuana ka dai no?"
she said no then they left.

her mother came to me in the morning and scolded me, why did i say nga "nagmarijuana iyang anak?"
she gave me an angry look and i said, next time you see your daughter smiling a lot and with teary red eyes, check the color of her fingertips.
I said I saw how yellow her fingertips was, thats why i said nagmarijuana siya.

She said "its none of your business.....
I would know if my daughter is doing something.
Shes a good girl and shes with her cousins.
I know shes in good company."
I said, "Good for you and good for her."
She never talked to me since.

Until one night, she came to the store.
A month before graduation.
She said she let her daughter stop schooling.
She learned from the school that shes not attending her class and shes being dropped from her subjects a long time ago.

I said you want me to act surprised?
I pity mothers like her.
I remember I even told her what to look for in her daughter's bag.
little things that gives you a clue on what she is doing.

here's the list that i gave her.
1.) eyemo red eye eye drops. (used to cover red eyes from marijuana smoke)
2.) empty matchbox (usually where they put dried marijuana leaves)
3.) empty ballpen case without the ink tube and ballpoint (used as toter)
4.) aluminum foil neatly folded (used for shabu)
5.) tiny torn tissue paper (used as fuel for melting shabu)
6.) wrapping paper or rolling paper, a white 2 by 3 inches thin piece of paper (used for rolling marijuana)

to parents out there with teen kids,
i hope you too would take a peep at your kids bag from time to time.
so you will know what he or she is up to.
but be careful though, talk to her or him first before accusing.

i guess being nosy is normal.. pero ang kanang gipang post sa TS overkill napud ang uban ana..
theyre just concerned about our well being, prove to them that youre doing nothing wrong and they will trust u...

sauna 10pm tawgon na intawn ko ipa pa.uli.. pero karun.. ako nalang mahibong 12mn + na wala na nanawag.. hihihi..

if you are an honest person and you really have nothing to hide,
then this would never be an issue.

we are in the phillipines and not in the u.s.

but if you do not like the way your parents treat you,
you can complain to them...with respect of course.
and if it does not work
or if it is still not acceptable to you---
you can always leave. i'm sure your boyfriend will love to feed you and send you to school.
