Good thing to those with properties sa Consolacion and Liloan and even Compostela areas. Mosaka gyud ang values sa mga properties diha. Except sa small time players, for sure daghan gyud ginagmay nga negosyo mapatay sa SM diha.

All in all, it's a good thing for everybody. More employment plus value sa Consolacion motaas. I won't be surprised after sa SM naa na pud nay lain ipatindog diha. Unsa kahay masulti sa Fooda ani.

This is a full service SM Mall thus called SM CITY Consolacion same as with SM City Cebu pero smaller lang sa Sm City Cebu... with cimemas, dep't store, retail stores, foodcourt etc... From 50,000 sq meters of its gross floor area, SM increased it to 70,000 sq. meters that's why it will be delayed from its original openong date by the end of this year...

SM City Cebu has a total gross floor area of 261,000 sq meters
SM Seaside City Cebu will have a total gross floor area of 291,000 sq meters
SM City Consolacion will have a total gross floor area of 70,000 sq. meters


SM City Cebu is currently the 4th biggest SM mall in the counrtry.
After the completion of SM Seaside City Cebu wich will become the 4th biggest, SM City Cebu will become the 5th biggest SM mall in the country...
