nganong maghimo man sila ug dako nga bibinca ug wa na nila gi consider nga local culture. bibinca is already identified as mandaue's own.

there is an old couple across my former block in Singapore who sells newspapers and magazines on the sidewalk, they were given permits. there is also another old man across my workplace who duplicates keys for a living. his small stall is on the sidewalk, and he has a permit. why do i know they have permits? because they have to hang them for visibility. even the guy singing at the Orchard Road MRT asking for money is given a permit! even a developed city like Singapore knows the difference. and that folks is exactly why we can never be another 'Singapore' no matter how we try.

no matter how much you whine here, its won't change a damn thing.

And I'm not whining here. Di man na maoy akong tumong. What's wrong with letting people know the other side of the story? Last I know this is still a free country.
