I agree.. Mandaue used to be a place of culture & high morale.. sayang lang what the Ouanos 20yr dynasty did to extinguish that.!

anyways, I heard that Clark Pelaez used to be in the Guiness book of world records, once upon a time ago, as the youngest solo pilot in those times.. I'm not exactly sure though..
