I knew someone who worked for the Air force once during his college years as part of there OJT program, they said they were asked to smuggle plane fuel out of the Air force facility by placing fuel(placed in plastic) on there backpacks when they were going out of the camp.

Beats me, For all I know they could've sold it to someone, Kwaon raman daw sa sa gasugo nila ig gawas na nila. Di man kay mga studyante raba, or perhaps the guards are in on it too.

The point is why spend so much money on all these stuffs when we know kurakuton raman jud gihapon? Overhaul the system first before mag huna2x patag upgrade on our arms otherwise what we'll get are overpriced military hardware.
