Aboitizland is still a good real estate developer. This is the first time I heard client's dirty complaints. Aboitizland doesn't let clients to sign in the contract without any further discussions with regards to their company policy.

I am also with a developer bro. I would say some problems like this would really occur. Nevertheless, the problem needs to be talked professionally. Price changes due to change in actual land cut is justifiable. If gamay ang actual land, there must be a recomputation & refund. If dako sad ang actual, recompute ghapon & some add-ons on the monthly amortization is needed of course. Inig survey ana sa raw land bro, naa man gud gyud na variance as land developement goes on. Understanding is needed on both side - the seller & the buyer.

Our family is into real estate development and sometimes, buyers do make payments even without anything in black and white but simply in good faith. Now, if ever there is any discrepancy in between prior to a contract/MOA or the actual title itself, the developer SHOULD REFUND the buyer IN FULL.

This already happened to us before. We decided to increase the price and the buyer had not yet reached the minimum downpayment required and already lapsed on the agreed time but he insisted that he is still eligible for the old price. Since we never reached an understanding, we refunded his money in full and I believe AboitizLand should do the same.

But on a personal note, we have had transactions with AboitizLand before and they are pretty fair with their dealings. We were able to sell a lot in North Town Homes and after the sale a lot of agents claimed that it was their sale because they were the ones who made the site tour with the client first even if the client and us already had a prior understanding. In short, they hijacked and ambushed the client. Good thing that we used our check for the reservation fee and of course AboitizLand gave the commission to us. Just let your friend make sure if things that his agent relayed to him are really sanctioned by the company or just the agent's own maneuver.

    OT:
We even had a buyer who built their house on the wrong lot even if the monuments were in place and blamed it on us when they already had all the technical descriptions they needed and demanded that we pay the taxes that will be incurred for changing/swapping the titles. But of course, he lost due to the stupidity of his contractor, surveyor or architect and himself. It was idiocracy in the highest degree.

It is not a dirty complain.. its the truth! You can ask about there manager about this.. or maybe the CEO or the Customer Manager.. they have accepted and realize the mistake!! Aboitizland needs imporvements in term of how they handle their clients.. if they have problems with the company policies that will impact the customer then they should review their process and ask why this is happening to them.. it is just unfair to my friend who happens to be the first victim.

Next time .... involved gani ang KWARTA ma DAKo or GAMAY ... its the standard operating procedure to have a document written in black and white . Signed by both the seller and the buyer , mapa real estate pa na or just anything else so naay problems gani , justifiable siya to the full extent where credit is due .

Ma'am my friend did not know if Aboitizland's surveyors are providing the correct or incorrect information regarding the specifications of the parcel of land in Kishanta project in Talisay.. in fact Aboitizland printed the information in the brochures, maps, promotional materials that they use to sell to its clients. There was an agreement between my friend and Aboitizland and initially agreed on the land area and the total investment then my friend made the deposit or reservation fee based on the specs that they provided to them while on the process Aboitizland initiated the contract but then Aboitizland did not mention that it will take them two months to procees the contract.. if na sayup ilang surveyor then why it took them two months to find out? na lousy kaayo ilang process in handling these problem with my friend.. saun there was a change kuno in the specifications after my friend payed the 2nd month amortization fee.. so na surprised sila and they were not happy about it nganong naa may changes and they were thinking everything are OK knowing that "trusted" developer kuno sila.. Aboitizland are really imposing the new price but my friend did not accept that changes that is why they have decided not to continue the investment.. sus ang Aboitizland ma datu gyud na sila samut kay 50% ra gi uli nila sa akong migo.. mau na way klaro na sila! pag bantay lang because this can happen to anyone
