WHich is better bank housing loan or through PAG-IBIG?

Hi Everyone,

I just need to know more info and some advice on what is better PAG-IBIG HOUSING LOAN or through any BANK. Pls give me an Idea reg payments , rates, advantages and disadvantages .

para nako much better if u will go for PAG-IBIG financing if economic housing ang imong mapilian na housing project like ang loanable amount is 750k below kay gamay ra man gud ang interest, 6%-7% ra whereas sa bank moabot ug 12%-18%. and mas longer pa jud ang terms of payment sa pag-ibig. maximum gud is 30 yrs unlike sa bank nga 20 or 25 yrs.

thank you i appreciate it, Sis i have a lot na, usually how long it will takes for them to approve a loan for house construction only, is it true that i need to start 20% construction of the house before they grant a loan?

Mas maayo ang Pag-IBIG..since member naman jud ka, much better mao na imo gamiton..try attending their seminar miss. pangutana lang diretso sa pag-IBIG miss.

about 20%: murag yes, murag kinahanglan ka magpakita nga nagstart na ka og construct. but you may have to prepare a lot of papers (mas maayo attend nalng ka sa seminar mandaue or diha ayala).

Then ang imo interest kay magbase sa imo principal utang. If naa ka utang ex.2M (30 years to pay) then makadaog ka next month og lotto pwede ra nimo bayaran in full (of course with interest). while, i think sa bank is fixed imo bayran for 20 years, nya murag i evaluate pa nila every 5 years (basin sayop ko ani, you can call your bank to double check)?

Again, i would suggest that you attend the seminar sa Pag-IBIG & call your bank. para safe lang jud.
