Turbo C is a compiler. C is the programming language.

So, I said, I doubt learning about a compiler is what the TS wants.

Although, I do think that it is important to know the basics or, at least, the history of compilers. I don't think that is what you meant by your post.

start with HTML

basic programming? why don't u try 'c by dissection' nga libro., kalimot lng ko sa author..,, but nice xa.., use DevC dyn for IDE, kanang para testingon nmo ang gma codes...

focus on learning C first, HTML is not a programming language it is a markup language, since dli ka ka himu program gamit HTML, however you can write scripts using javascript but you will not understand if you dont have the foundations of programming, since javascript is a scripting language, you will have hard time in adapting other language if ari ka magstart.

focus on programming on C, better yet aim something while you learn how to program,
for example; i want to learn how to write games, or servers or network programming, etc.
aim something para dli laay imo pagtuon ug programming.

after C move to C++, then from then you can decide to jump to either java or go web.

up with this 1 focus sa jd sa foundation before sa other coz connected naman sila gamay nalang imong confusion whereas no foundation jump ka libog jd.

If you want hard coding programming language start directly with C++, if you want visual programming go with Visual Basic, if you want web design then start with HTML and CSS and then photoshop. All study sources are on the internet, just Google.

+10 ko sa K&R na C. any edition, ok lng. solid imo programming foundation when you start with C.
