if kids learn something from TV and put in into action would it be the fault of the parents? i bet no parents are 100% or even 70% at the side of their kids.

thats why we have agency to monitor what is seen on TV or TV stations censored stuff. The blame should be on those entity promoting lewd, immoral, inappropriate etc programs.

Thats the point you know its wrong.. why does it have to be on TV?

Parents cant be all the time with their kids and the kids cant be all the time questioning their parents about things they dont understand. Plus even if they are a good parents, what assure them that their kids wont pick up this thing in school, im sure there will be a non good parent out there who enroll their child at the same school. Kids pick up not-so-good thing in school you know, from friends, neighborhood kids, TV, games, internet .. that's why we have to place necessary precautions in TV , internet etc so they wont pick up this inappropriate things.

The generally idea is, if such program had an effect on society and/or distracting the development of kids. Should it be much convenient not to aired such programs instead of explaining every time what children see on TV, if that's the case its best not to buy TV or dont allowed kids watch it.. which isnt the case for everyone.
