i've came across this when i read some posts sa xda na rooting does not void daw warranty. there are no sections in the warranty card that states na rooting will void it. HTC will still honor rooted phones daw.

if you have issues with your phone and you return it while it is rooted then your warranty will be considered as void ... but if you unroot your phone first before returning it, then i think the phone's warranty will still be honored .. i don't even think they will know that your phone has been rooted once... sakto ba ko ?
