I knew I had always wanted to be a writer from the moment I learned the rudiments of grammar and literature. The only thing I was not sure about was whether I could write for an audience. I love expressing myself in poems, free verses, mostly. I am my biggest writing critic so every time the urge to share my written works arrive, I am always apprehensive. One thing that I do love most about this passion is that I am able to rub it on my students. At least with them, I see part of my dreams realized.

Guilty! I too am my biggest critic. Thing is, I write better if I'm anonymous. *chuckles*

@shey and psyche, well I think it takes courage to get out of your critic/comfort zone. I personally don't think you should be afraid of exposing yourself, do it plenty enough, you might get to enjoy it, even relish it
