ill start with my self and the people who are closes to me.
im 21 years old ^^

LOVE: animals
body: from my age not even my parents expected that i have earn alot. first off i wasnt allowed to keep any pets in the house. and later own i kept perusing what i loved. through a lot of research and homework. i found my perfect dog/dream dogs^^ through months of cge pa cute sa ako parents hahahaha na sugtan ra gyd ko. a year passd and my dog was ready to give birth. then it did. so i was like wow. 7 puppies(20-25k) that sold by it self i didnt even need to advertise it people wer calling and texting me. so eventually i kept 2female dogs and 1 male. and i didnt stop there opportunity presented itself to me. so now i breed fish and keep inverts. i sell them when the price is right..

surprisingly my PARENTS did little financial assistant, i bought and race my dogs with my allowance money i dont ask money for dog food and other expnses.

STATUS OF BUSINESS: doing great from dogs to fish, inverts, reptiles and snakes (murag na ug zoo amu house) but self supporting ni cla.^^ light and water ra tingale gas2 sa ako parents.

length of time: 2 years ^^

LOVE: REALSTATE

'BODY: my dad ever since had a big interest in real state. he had been buying and selling ever since he was a lot younger. through a lot of thought process and sleepless nights he realized he was doing something wrong. he imagine 30 years from now he wouldn't have a stable source of income. so he invested in somthing else. first he tried to venture in monthly rentals. and soon made a boarding house and boarding house funded his next project which was apartments and eventually his biggest project was making a pension house^^

now and for the last 20 years or so. he doesnt even have to wake up for bed or even need to move a muscle.to make money. money works for him now ^^

status of business: still going on

length of time : over 30 years

LOVE: food

body: my uncle had the making of a business man its in his genes. so when he was still in his 30's he realized that man needs food to survive and man will always always need food. so he thought of it long and hard and decided what hes going to do. so for pratice. he bought one female pig. THAT LITERALLY was on his backyard (stinky as hell really!) so from that he did his trial and errors learning from seminars and stuff. so time came it gave birth. he only kept the females and sell the males. so it was self supporting from 1 pig became 100. from a 100 becames a thousand. last time a i visited his farm in mindanao. the head count was like 60,000 adult female pigs not including the baby pigs and the male pigs.

he is now one of the biggest suppliers in the caraga region. ^^
(this started only as his science experiment) hahaha he had other small business and now owns like 3-5 meat shops.
status of business: still doing pretty good.
length of time: approximately 20-30 years.

Food & Shelter are needs that's why it's one of the best investment you can do.

In my case I'm a late bloomer and a slow starter, Im 24 and I'm still in the rat race, it took me a while to realize what I want.

I'm an artist/musician, I've been creating ads from different companies for the past years as a freelance artist, but then I realize that I am not getting the right amount of money I need to feed my addiction (collecting expensive guitars and its gadget lol).

Until one day I get out of my comfort zone and took a risk....ventured with different investment but last year I said to my self that Im going to stick in real estate no matter what and boom that risk paid off.

My parents has 12 units apartment before I knew it was real estate lolz

I have so many business idea's that are unique and wla pay nka buhat it's risky but I know it will explode like a bomb, I just don't have time to venture them all the same time. right now I am venturing into events/advertising business since music/art is always in my blood...and that's what you called doing what you love while earning from it....hopefully madaun ni krn June hehe

LOVE: Great architecture from stone age to ancient to classic to medieval to renaissance to contemporary..all of it

BUSINESS: Real Estate, Construction & Allied Services, Micro Land Development

BODY: None of our family are entrepreneurs. My father is a security guard who raised us single-handed at first. Good thing my mother presented herself to graduate education. On my high school, my mother became the breadwinner as a public school teacher. My father lost his job & goes from agency to agency. When I started real estate after a frustrating employment, they are my greatest barrier. But I persisted. When I was under a national real estate developer, I learned the marketing skills & the hows. An engineer by profession now learns marketing excellently that my team topped all the awards on those 2 yrsAfter that I eventually became independent and created my own. My aces are leadership & marketing. These are my two fortes. With my love for architecture, I combined these three and created a construction company.

STATUS OF BUSINESS: We are going now for nationwide construction as opportunities in Bohol, Zamboanga, Bukidnon & Tarlac presented itself.

LENGTH OF TIME: 5 years
