    advice lang nako nimo. you need to let go of this company. at first tan.aw nako ok ra ang company, i heard positive comments about durano's manament way back in sykes but seeing at the issues now, murag kelangan pa jud niya og strong additional/backup support from her management team. walay klarong planning, im not sure ngano na ingon ani.

    and yeah possibilities happen. like now, who could've thought a client would back out when it seems they are almost ready?
    the notion that this is a new call center with great benefits and higher pay obviously made everyone disappointed and discouraged.

    (im hoping ma pressure na sila sa akong negative posts.lol) btaw i have a friend na nangapply pud diha. sige gani to siya convince nako.

    kinsay d i nisulti nimo ana? apil ko sa wave 1 but was never told about that.. kung ingon ana man gani aw naa d i ko dawatonon ani.. hehehe..

    depende raman guro bro.. i think ila hatagan ra sa compensation kay kato naka resign to migrate to vcust.. they would need an acknowledgement of ur resignation and ur clearance..
