I tried this already and its really true nga makadaut ni imagine with just 1 box i lost 5lbs in a week lang,you won't feel hungry ani but still you have to eat miski gamay to prevent headache and dizziness,i bought mine from a trusted seller sa manila,bantay mo ana naa sa ebay,ug uban pa kay a lot of them are claiming nga aunthentic unya peke diay,grabeh ang imitation ani so be careful,BTW the new sachet color ani karon Purple and Green variant.

Im taking this and i dont have complains! It really suppress my appetite. I was concern with the palpitations, Thankfully I havent experienced since. My mom and sister is actually taking it too after two days of me taking it. They are raving about it. In fact, I just order 2boxes over amazon.com.

I get thirsty all the time so i drink alot of water. As for bowel movements? No diarrhea which is good but the first day of taking it I had a hard time going. Taste? Its more like the 3in1 coffee. Hopefully I will lose couple of lbs by the end of the month! Will up date
