Hello, very interested in hearing more about this business. I would welcome the opportunity to come meet you and visit/inspect the location next week. If I like the location, condition and find your price reasonable, I will need you to have the following documents for my attorney and accountant's approval:

original invoices for all fixtures and purchases and list with name and model numbers of all equipment
lease and purchase agreements
employee contracts with salary information (if applicable) and current organizational structure
financial statements for the length of your ownership
separate monthly sales records for the length of your ownership
list of any and all liabilities and full debt disclosure

Please have all this documentation available or PM to let me know if it's not available so I don't waste time coming there.

I will also be contacting all your references and speaking to them early next week, but have only been here a few weeks and haven't begun learning Bisaya yet. Will all contacts be comfortable answering several questions in English?
