u can have a good architect if u are a good client.
common ra jud ang plano sa usa ka balay.
gikan sa entrance...living room...dining...kitchen
or the interconnecting functions among areas of a commercial building,
industrial, hotel, condo, condotel, apartment, and the likes.
daugon ra jud na sa materials gigamit sa outside appearance sa balay.
walay mahimo ang architect sa gusto sa client though the arki can advise her/him
the design approach. pero mostly sa clients, naa nay reference designs for the arki to modify.
dli magpatuyang ug design ang arki without clients' consent.

the best way is to find a minimalist arki who economizes the area & whose principle is less is more
anha nimo makita how brilliant the arki is.

Si architect Christopher Go, belib sad kayo ko aneh niya.. International Architect neh siya, naka design neh siyag mga football stadiums in the us, london, france etc. In the Philippines he designed 5 hostpitals and 10 hotels.. and alot of houses, it was an honor working with him, i have learnt alot..

sakto jd ka ana sir! w/ the technology we have now sayun nlng jd kaau i.kuha ug references and even plans. mostly mahug na tigbutang nlng borloloy ang arki ky usahay grabe mu.insist ang clients. BTW lingaw kau imong mga tats gpost sa lain thread, nya to think arki pd ka.. c master ian cabrido ky arki pd to. hehe
