It's funny, since this news was announced my subdivision (which is nearby) has suddenly seen lots of new construction. Hope there will be some decent restaurants and places to drink.

Mosamot nasad ni ka mahal ang rental sa mga boarding houses, apartments, condo units, & even beach resorts nga duol nga nahimutang sa maong SM City. Og tingali daghan ang magtukod og bag-o nga mga buildings for any tenants because of the said SM City..Anyways, makaayo pud ni sa kadaghanan.

This could be the start sa developments sa rapid developments sa Consolacion. So sa mga gusto makasabay sa pagboom aning lugara, invest na mo sa Consolacion. Pati mga properties sa Liloan, Compostela, ug Danao moapil pud na.
