Clerical error of Birth Certificate/ Petition to Change

Good day to everyone...i just follow and comment ug threads dinhi but it seems helpful kaayo ang mga comments..I post this thread coz i need your help...I have found a thread similar sa ako problem but gi kapoy nako pangita asa nato dapit.

My problem is the error in my birth certificate sa ako name...usahay makalagot nga masayop ug type ato name. I went already sa local civil register. I know all the requirements and filing fee of P 1,000.00. The whole thing is mahuman around 5 months...too long for me to wait, kay naa ko deadline gi-apas... I have all the requirements ready..but i need the process to be expedited soon, around 2 months lang. Naa gi refer nako ang LCR na mo-follow up sa ako petition but mura dako man pangayo....I heard somebody sa DFA, na naka gasto sya ug around P 8T... but mura dako ra jud ang pangayo sa gi refer nako.


Can anyone there na naa amigo or contacts na mo expedite of processing sa petition of change of name... for around 2 months...(kani na change na ang record sa LCR ug na change nasad sa NSO)...I dont know if they change it or naa lay annotations sa ubos sa imo B.C.


Kindly if you know somebody na barato ra pangayo para mo help ug process na madala...refer it to me...I am about to file my petition sa LCR...

my mom has the same problem hehe... Hongkong man unta mi this summer, but because wala pa nahuman iya problem sa iya birth certificate di pa kapahimo ug passport....

she works at City Hall... daghan kaayo siya kaila pero la man nakatabang hehe I think you have to wait nalang jud ....5months pud to giingon sa ako mom...

kasuway nako ana nga prob, nay 2nd option mo gamit kag lawyer limot ko unsa tong term, murag ihuman kag waver nga ikaw jud nang taohana den na sayop rag pag type sa imong birth pero temporary ra ni 1 time use ra sad, kanhanglan jud imo na ipa usab ddto sa manila...

so ang among gihimo kadtong mi sa 5 months which is taas2x jud...
