nkawork ko as ci before, fresh as in fresh grad ko ato, wla pa gani ko naka-oathtaking ato.. ambot sad kaha if matawag nimo nga backer akong mama nga usc personnel, but not sa college of nursing.. naa man pud ko other workmates before nga dli kaabot 1yr ilang experience..

i remember my time when i got hired as CI in one of our universities in Cebu though it may not be the most prestigious ones but doesnt make any difference at all when it comes to fulfillment. i had mix emotions and less confidence but project to the max lang gyud.

i remember, my days was the booming of BSN and a lot of 2nd coursers are taking it up. oh...they tried my capabilities especially those in the healthcare field too (PT, OT, Pharma, MT & etc...)! so far, i have earned their respect!

bottomline...open ur mind for mistakes and learning. Accountability is one big thing as well as Fair treatment!
