    what kind of food locally we should avoid and refrain from consuming because it will do no good to our health?

    junk food and high sugar drinks are bad because they contain loads of sugar bad fats and cholesterol.. etc. the result we might end up having heart problems and cardio vascular abnormalities.

    in my opinion. there are no food that we should avoid or refrain. but i believe everything is good in moderation.

    once in a while is good.. just make sure your once in a while is not a daily basis

    this is not food but flavor enhancer--MSG. i don't care how Ajinomoto is repackaging it as 'umami' or whatever, i'm convinced it is dangerous.

    hahaha sakto. d man pud tanan. a lot of foods we eat today undergoes spoiling "fermentation " cheese, wine. kimchi, beer etc.

    bbq - not really avoid but dili lang kai everyday naka cge eat ug bbq (ang mga ashes na nipilit ana kai bad for the health man)

    Avoid eating puffer fish or Butete in bisaya. It contains toxins which could lead to death if left untreated by medical specialists.
