ako ng start sa akng kabuang... nov. 24 2010, i am 78kgs.... jan 27, 2010 i am.......... 66.5kgs.... nya till now maintain, kaon2x balik pero pinilian... nya planning for 60kgs.. maybe next month sa march...
ako gikan gyud ko 220lbs. size 40 waist . that was july 2010. last year karon 188lbs. size 36 waist.
exercise ko lig jogging ang discipline sa kaon. mao raman toh akoa.

He mentioned he 'eat clean' diba?! So meaning he's eating a healthy [protein, carbs, and fats] macro-nutrients foods at all times.

I from 130lbs Im down to 120 or 122lbs. For the whole 25 days I documented this I did 4 HIIT so insignificant sa weight loss.
Medyo taas ako cholesterol and uric acid. And Im doing some tweaks to the diet.
I'm still observing it and it should drop within a month or two.
