i just want to know where you guys hang out, party, get drunk, and what not, when in Metro Manila.

+ Cable Car

what can you say about these places? any other interesting place my friends and i can try?

just an FYI, i'm from Cebu and I love Cebu. always been my home, will always be.
(after several years in Istorya, i know how people react sometimes when they read the word "manila" and hostility would just envelope the poor thread)
